INTRODUCTION
Cold Rolled Steel Sheet / Coil is produced by undergoing
a series of processes such as cold reducing hot-rolled
coil (with a maximum reduction ratio of 40% under normal
temperature) annealing and tempering so the product has
characteristics of good formability and uniform
flatness. Its is therefore used to manufacture
automobiles, home electronics appliances, hot-dipped
galvanized steel,
and
pre painted steel production.

INTRODUCTION
Hot rolled pickled and oiled sheet is furnished as a
mill edge coil that is pickled, oiled and cropped back
to gauge,. Pickling is the process of scale from the hot
rolled sheet surface by the action of water solutions
and inorganic acids.
Hot-rolling sheets are the oiling simple products that
have supplemented the weakness of the coating ability,
corrosion resistance, surface condition and
shape-controlling capacity for the use of building
materials, automobile and electronic parts and common
machines.
